Loaded Queso Ingredients:
1/2 lb protein of your choice (sausage, ground beef)
3/4 cup half and half
16 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 cup pepper jack cheese
1 can rotel, drained
1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
1/3 cup red onion, chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
chips of your choice
Let's go!!!
Brown your protein and drain the grease.
Lower the heat and add half and half, Velveeta and Pepper Jack. Stir until just melted.
Add beans, cilantro, rotel and onion.
Stir and serve with chips!.
