Pulled out our marble serving board and tapas plates (both included in the Warehouse Sale) for this roasted grape & brie crostini with honey + sea salt – a simple appetizer that will blow you away 🥖🍇🧀 So yummy and so fun for parties! Save this post and let us know if you try it.
INGREDIENTS
• 4 cups red grapes
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• French baguette
• 8 ounces brie cheese
• Honey
• Maldon sea salt
• ¼ cup chopped toasted walnuts
• 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
DIRECTIONS
• Toss grapes with 1 tablespoon olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Roast at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes. Set aside to cool.
• Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil. Top with slices of brie and bake 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
• Spoon grapes on top of cheese and drizzle honey all over. Sprinkle with walnuts and sea salt, and garnish with rosemary.
