No kidding y’all, this top is from Sézane! I didn’t even plan this. At this point, I don’t know how many Sézane tops I’ve owned! I shared a few of my favorite fall tops from Sézane yesterday on the blog (www.cstyleblog.com). I ended up ordering a few for myself. Why not? I’ll just add to my collection, right? I’m also loving these jeans for a dressier denim look.

This outfit isn’t going to make any runways or catwalks, but this is what I wear most often- jeans and a t-shirt (or any kind of shirt)! I’ve started to look for t-shirts with fun details when I’m out shopping. This is a shift for me because I usually just look for fun tops to wear and just skip over the t-shirt section, but not anymore! I specifically look for t-shirts with details! ALSO! My most comfy jeans are on SALE! These are the last jeans my sis and I are wearing in our recent denim post, and they’re on major sale!

First off, yes to white after Labor Day! Do it! It’s my kind of rule to break! And here’s an idea of how to transition your white into the fall- pair it with fall-ish pieces. What do I mean by Fall-ish pieces? For instance, the top I’m wearing has a fall feel with its darker colors and long sleeves, and instead of sandals, I’m wearing closed toed shoes. How do you wear your white after Labor Day?

I saw this dress on my friend, and I bought it immediately. I knew it would be an easy dress to throw on for running errands or on a lazy Sunday, but I could also dress it up for work or back to school stuff.

Stylist tip: If your asset is your tummy area, this is a great option. Since it’s midi length, try to elongate by adding height with a heel/wedge/platform or with a long necklace or scarf. Or give yourself a waistline with a belt or a cropped jacket.
