🥒 Meet our (and soon to be yours) new favorite summer salad — cucumber, avocado, and feta tossed in lemony olive oil. It’s light, refreshing, and comes together in minutes!

✨ Ingredients:
• 1 cucumber, diced
• 1 ripe avocado, cubed
• ¼ cup feta crumbles
• Chopped dill
• Juice of ½ lemon
• 1 tbsp olive oil (or more)
• Salt & pepper, to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Chill before serving if you can wait - It’s tangy, creamy, and so good!
