I decided to get the four cubby storage instead of the 6-8 for the montessori style learn/play. It takes the pressure off of me, so I don't feel like I need to buy more toys than he actually needs due the toy rotation schedule. For any child this could be overwhelming and overstimulating, there's too much to soak in and not enough to learn. This is enough for independent play and enough to know when he is ready for the both of us to connect, eat, and play/go outside.
