The reindeer food was such a hit, I put a little twist on it and we have cupid’s food 💘 Put it in a fancy little jar and makes a perfect gift 🎁

Recipe
• 1 ½ cups semisweet or dark chocolate chips
• 1 ½ cups creamy peanut butter
• 5 cups Rice Chex Cereal
• 1 ½ cups mini pretzels broken into pieces
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 1 ½ cups of pink & red M&Ms
• 1 cup mini heart shaped peanut butter cups

In a large bowl, combine rice Chex cereal and pretzel pieces.
Melt peanut butter and chocolate together, either on the stovetop or in the microwave.
Pour peanut butter chocolate mixture over cereal/pretzel mixture and stir to combine.
Chill in the refrigerator until the mixture just barely begins to set up (about 30 minutes).
Remove the mixture from the refrigerator.
In a separate, large bowl, put ½ cup powdered sugar on the bottom of the bowl. Add half of the chilled mixture, then add another ½ cup powdered sugar over the cereal and the remaining chocolate/cereal mixture.
Gently stir until the powdered sugar is evenly distributed, tossing to coat the cereal with powdered sugar.
Chill the mixture again in the refrigerator until it’s set (about another 30-60 minutes).
Add more powdered sugar, ¼ cup at a time until the cereal/pretzel mixture is coated.
Add M&Ms and peanut butter cups and stir to combine.
Transfer to a serving bowl and serve.

Two of my most recent Amazon purchases to make cute little Valentines treats for the kids ❤️💗 We love our Halloween mini waffle maker so I knew this one would be a hit around here and we make homemade “popsicles” weekly so I know these heart molds will be used a ton!

Make Valentine’s Day Donuts with me ❤️💗 This recipe has become favorite in our house! The kids love them 👌

Donuts
• 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
• 1/2 cup of milk
• 1/4 cup of unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
• 1 egg (lightly beaten)
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
• 1/3 cup of sugar
• 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Glaze
• 1 cup of powdered sugar
• 4-5 tsp of milk
• 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

(Topping option)
Cinnamon Sugar Topping
• 1/4 cup of sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
• 2 tablespoons of melted butter

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and grease two 6-cup donut pans with nonstick spray.
Add the yogurt, milk, butter, egg, and vanilla to a medium bowl. Whisk to combine well.
Add the flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the bowl. Whisk to combine into a thick batter.
Use ¼ cup batter in each prepared donut spot.
Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until puffed up, golden brown, and a cake tester or toothpick inserted into the center of a donut comes out clean.
Remove from oven and let cool for a minute or two. Run a knife around the edges to loosen, as needed, then transfer donuts to a wire rack to cool completely.
In a small bowl mix powdered sugar, milk and vanilla and whisk them together. Dip the tops of the donuts to cover with glaze and then add your sprinkles!
Optional: Stir the sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl. Dip the top of each donut first in the melted butter, then in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. This makes them taste just like a cake donut!

Two Valentines Day Breakfast Ideas ❤️💗
My kids loved both of these! I used Kodiak pancake mix for the waffles, ours had chocolate chips. For the popsicles I used frozen bananas, strawberries, milk, vanilla yogurt and some vanilla. Such a great way to sneak in some fruit!
