After a lifetime spent collecting every quirky boot style from lace-up to combat to cowboy, I was drawn to something considerably more understated and practical this season. The riding boot was the *one boot* my closet actually needed and leave it to @sezane to create the most perfect version of it. I immediately tore these out of the box and trudged around the city all afternoon with zero regrets (and zero foot pain!).

This rain jacket has certainly gotten its fair share of use this past week. I picked it up last year mostly because it liked the style, not realizing it would become my favorite travel jacket.
