OVEN BAKED BABY BACK RIBS 🍖 Made ribs for the first time over the weekend and whoa they were good! Whole fam liked them plus they are priced just right. $18.71 for two racks at @samsclub!
TO MAKE: Preheat oven to 275F. Remove ribs from packaging, rinse and pat dry with a paper towel. Remove any silver skin (usually on the bottom near the bones). Add racks meat side down to a large baking pan. In a bowl combine brown sugar, salt, cracked black pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder and garlic powder. Season the bottom part of the ribs, flip and season the top, making sure to evenly coat. Tightly cover the pan with tin foil and bake for 2.5 hours. Remove from oven. Increase the oven temperature to 400F. In a bowl combine your favorite bbq sauce, salt, garlic powder and cracked black pepper. Remove the foil and pour half of the sauce over the ribs and evenly spread. Add the ribs back into the oven for 15 minutes then remove, drain liquid, cover in remaining sauce and place back in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
