•GENERAL TSO’S GROUND TURKEY BOWL• Having ground turkey and rice prepped during the week makes mealtime so much easier. What are TWO things you like having prepped??
TO MAKE: Heat a large skillet on medium heat. Add ground turkey, break apart the meat and cook for about 7-8 minutes. Drain if necessary. Add salt, cracked pepper, minced garlic, minced ginger, diced white onions and General Tso’s sauce (I use Burman’s from @aldis). Slightly increase heat and cook (mix often) until turkey is fully cooked and lightly caramelized. Serve with basmati rice, matchstick carrots, jalapeños, diced mango, lime wedges and top with a little sauce, green onions and cilantro.
