STEAK FAJITA RICE BOWL
TO MAKE: Add thinly sliced bite-sized pieces of sirloin steak to a large bowl. Mix well with soy sauce, salt, cracked pepper, onion salt and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a large pan on medium to high heat. Add steak and sear for 1-2 minutes. Add fresh garlic, sliced red bell peppers and sliced onions. Mix and cook until peppers and onions are soft. Serve over jasmine rice topped with diced mango, green onions, sesame seeds and red pepper flakes (optional).
