Life generally has different plans for us than we have for ourselves. After plotting my return to racing (ok let’s not be too serious, the nyc half marathon), the universe had a different plan. My training went from turning it up to turning it down.

So here we are, learning to love a run/walk with my son on a Sunday. But maybe, just maybe this is actually what I needed all along

Running has been part of my DNA since I was a kid. I’m even crazy enough to run my first ever marathon live on @lululemon ‘s instagram, iykyk if that’s how you originally found me. It’s how I work through shit in my head, how I reset and how I feel like me. So here we go…..
