STC Season 1

Selling the City Season 1 fits by episode linked with exact looks, similar items, and actual fits.

This moment in Ep. 3 is not the most pleasant for me to watch and definitely a time when I reacted in a more heated fashion than is ideal. I am ultra transparent, an open book, and direct. I also have to accept that may not be everybody else’s style or thought process in communication. I love Taylor and I’m happy this experience strengthened our professional and personal bond. It also brings about many important conversations about leadership and management style.
NOT everyone has to agree with me but on this team:
👉We add everything to our CALENDARS and share them to display availability. It also helps me give them advice in terms of time management especially when we are showing, have events, personal commitments etc.
👉We use an EMAIL FOLDER SYSTEM and use our daily calendar as a to-do list. Emails are responded to and action items addressed before emails get filed. We bump most conversations to email in order to have proper records of deals. Proper record keeping is a fiduciary oath of agency to our clients and when deals inevitably get messy this is important.
👉We update our TRACKING SHEET daily. This is a one page document that has all the data pertaining to leads, buyers, offers, closings and more. It offers us transparency in how we split deals so there are no disputes or confusions later.
👉We have mandatory TEAM MEETINGS two times a week to book end the week. One to start on Mondays and review open houses plus motivate and identify goals and the other on Thursday’s to wrap up loose ends and identify what needs to be done before lawyers shut off for weekend.
👉 All in all we are not employees and this is not a corporate job, so these help me create order and accountability. I invite you to ask me about any of these tools if you think they would be helpful to you in real estate or sales.
👉And of course - I had to find a way to bring in this oversized Valentino purple Blazer that had me feeling like Barney and paired it with @levievdiamonds long gun metal chains and @area split pants with crystal embellishment.
TOM FORD RED CHAIN SILK COCKTAIL DRESS. AS SEEN ON EPISODE 3 of SELLING THE CITY!!!
Wearing a leash but holding the reins! ⛓️⛓️⛓️
This was such a beautiful night hosted by Steve at this over the top and extra large penthouse. We were able to invite many industry colleagues and clients to celebrate the launch. Also - I finally got to wear this @tomford chain dress that is from a few years ago. I sourced a few vintage accessories and located some resale links for the dress on my LTK. I love that it covers everything but is still a little playful.
Glam was all @bighoopenergybeauty and @glamour_by_farhana it was important for us to pair this with an updo to show off the neckline and compliment the dress with a more demure make up look. ♥️

Had Mae West on my mind when picking outfits for Selling the City episode 2: “I like my clothes to be tight enough to show I’m a Woman, but loose enough to show I’m a Lady.” Tagging all fits below ⬇️
I might not have the key to the city but this top was the key to my heart. Second interview look was the keyhole top by @schiaparelli
We went for sleek straight hair @glamour_by_farhana with extra length thanks to @amoycoutureny
@bighoopenergybeauty brought the gold detail into the make up and of course we added diamond clusters with canary accents by @levievdiamonds and gold nails 🔑🔑🔑🔑
life is what we make it, and a chance is like a picture, just take it 📸👉
TAKING BIG CHANCES IN 2025 👀👀
Feeling like the 👑 of Gramercy! 🌸
This month my team and I:
1. Listed the PH at 18 GPS fully staged and reimagined at a tremendous price improvement of $39,995,000 — just wait until rosebar and the GPH open in 2025
2. Listed the PH at 78 Irving with a price adjustment and staff apartment included at $24,995,000!
3. Featured those properties in for the world to see (Open House NY) and more 💐
4. Closing next week on Flatiron and Madison Park’s most notorious and majestic PH last asking $24,995,000
5. Bringing 3 new listings to market next week including the carriage house (adorable little home) on Irving Place, and 27A the only 3 bedroom at 172 Madison Ave.
6. Secured the exclusive on all remaining inventory at 172 Madison Avenue and listed a combo at 39 East 29th
🌟✨I’m not just saying this. If there is a development, listing or buyer for Flatiron/NoMad/Gramercy there is no other contender but this team. 🌟✨🌟
Hard work tastes different and it’s oh so yummy #3 baby
