My recovery from adrenal fatigue was not easy. It was, however, the best thing i ever could have done for my hormones, my emotions, and my relationships! Whenever I see a new twist on my beloved adrenal cocktail I have to give it a shot. This one was inspired by @nourished_and_whole. You don’t have to say pineapple to me twice! For mine I juiced a pineapple, cara cara orange, meyer lemon, lime and a lemon in my @nutribullet juicer. Then I added a pinch of celtic sea salt and cream of tartar. I added some ice to my mason jar, filled about half way with the juice and topped it off with coconut water. It’s perfect! Have you tried adrenal cocktails?
