I think I’ve mentioned before how I did lip filler, but let’s break down everything I’ve done over the last 5 years. For some reason I was always embarrassed to share this info, I don’t know why, but lately I feel it’s important to share this info and my experiences for anyone that may be interested. Here’s a list of things I’ve done. Remember this was over 5 years 😆

•Tear trough filler (it’s dissolved now)
•Lip filler ( I recently dissolved some of the upper lip)
•Upper cheek filler ( I was not a fan and have since had it dissolved)
•Dysport every 4 months, although I haven’t done it again for a year
•Nose filler for lift
•Nasal folds filler
•Sculptra twice - I don’t think I could go through that pain again! 😣 although I really do like the results, so maybe I’ll have to do it again. I haven’t done it in about 2 years
•Micro needling 3 times
•One chemical peel
•A few hyrdafacials
•Laser treatments

12 months ago I did cheek filler, but it’s mostly gone now. All my tear trough filler is gone and I’ve also had migration that I’ve had dissolved. If you’re looking to dissolve filler be sure to go to someone that has an ultrasound machine so that they can see where it is. I have also been doing a laser treatment every few months this year. I have a package with 6 of them and so far have done 3 treatments.

I plan to stay away from Botox / Dysport for a while and focus on my skin health. I am not against any form or aesthetics and I think everyone should do whatever they like. I do think I’ll also do sculptra again, but like I said, it hurts.. and it’s also pricey

Anyone else? It’s like I can’t get a deep breath and I keep basically having to make myself yawn to feel as if I’m actually breathing. Unfortunately when it happens it will last days and sometimes weeks for me 😩 currently stuck in one of those patterns right now. I don’t know how many times I’ve researched it to make sure that there isn’t something actually wrong with me right now 😂

Anyway, anxiety sucks!!

Making videos a little less complicated around here and keeping it real. Threw on my sunglasses real quick though because I’m looking a bit tired today 😆 I was up for a long time due to a really bad thunderstorm. I swear I was so afraid I thought for a moment that I should hide under the bed 😂
