I once tried to make “Sassy” my grandma name. 😄

When my first grandbaby was born, I told my son and daughter-in-law that I wanted to be called Sassy. In my mind, it meant lively, confident, and fun. In their minds, it sounded a little too cheeky and maybe even a tiny bit disrespectful. Same word, very different meanings, and such a funny reminder that words can land differently depending on who’s hearing them.

Long story short, I became LouLou instead, and now I truly can’t imagine being called anything else!
