I know I’m a little late to the game, but I tested the viral L’Oréal Lumi makeup so you don’t have to!

This is kind of a hot take, but I don’t love the Glotion - it was so glowy that it looked metallic on my skin, more like a liquid eyeshadow than a complexion product. It got better when I tried it mixed with foundation, but I have oily skin and the glow factor was just too high for me. 5/10

Le Liquid Blush is amazing! The true rose color is gorgeous and the glow level is perfect. I did find that I had to use more product than with some of my other blushes because it’s a little less saturated, but that’s minor and I’ve been reaching for it lots! 8/10

Le Glass highlighter stick is also 💯 - so smooth and definitely delivered that glass-like shine. It was easy to apply and feels a little oily on the skin, but it’s beautiful enough that I don’t care! 8/10

All of these products are also non-comedogenic, which is a huge bonus!

How to Look Chic: Tip No. 2

Simple, quick, inexpensive tips to look super chic! I have a handful of low-cost, low-effort quick tricks I use on a daily basis to help me feel my best, which also helps me look my best.

Today I’m showing how much of a difference simply putting some product on your lips can make! You can see how pale and flat my face looks when I have nothing on my lips. Adding one of my favorite lip stains adds SO much vibrance to my face by comparison, and that brings the whole look to life.

Whether you’re obsessed with lip stains like me or more of a lipstick or tinted balm girly, adding even a subtle flush of color or hint of shine to your lips is an essential when it comes to appearing put-together and chic!

My favorite lip products range from $8 - $22 and last for weeks, sometimes months! Everything I use is linked in my bio!

Perfect, smooth, even lip stain every time!

I wear lip stain almost daily because it’s so nice to have color stay on my lips all day long without any reapplication. It takes a few extra minutes in the morning but then I’m set for the rest of the day!

To get the best application, I always exfoliate with a lip scrub and add extra hydration with hyaluronic acid beforehand. Apply the lip scrub and rub around for a few seconds and wipe away any excess with a paper towel. Then apply a few drops of a hyaluronic acid (I love @theordinary) and wait for that to absorb. When your lips no longer have any wet patches, brush on your stain!

My two favorite stains are both peel-off, so I remove the dried product and then finish off with a nourishing lip balm.
