More things I’m adding to my evening skincare routine! I actually enjoy the ritual and spending 5 mins winding down with the right light therapy, heat & microcurrent to get the products to absorb. The hyaluronic acid, blue tansy & aloe Vera serum is perfect for the end of the day in the desert 🌵 It’s also cruelty free and not too loud so you can still watch TV and not bug everyone around you. It’s also small enough to travel with.

Color refresh | Time to get my glow back. These are my favorite products for streak-free self tanning. I’ve tried so many self tanners but always come back to @tan_luxe as I try to avoid sunbathing. These bottles are small
enough to travel with & I pop them
in bubble wrap ziplocks so they don’t break! The tanning drops for the face & body & @supergoop Glow Screen SPF 40 for the face are my 3 beauty essentials heading into the Spring. The Charlotte Tilbury highlighter I’m using is sold out but I’ve linked a similar one of hers that’s also cruelty-free.

Downsizing for a night out? The 3 L’s of glam makeup: lashes, lips & liner 💄 What are your glam makeup essentials?

I love a simple glam red lip & black liner even for the day.
1.) Red lips always make me feel more glam. Pro tip: I created this red with blue undertones helps with make teeth look whiter. As well as making it super hydrating & vegan.
2.) A retractable self sharpening lip liner saves on needing to carry a sharpener around.
3.) Magnetic VS glue on lashes? I like both but magnetic are easier to deal with when you’re out & they need adjusting as you don’t need to take glue with you. I also find them less damaging to my real lashes but they do take a little getting used to applying (same as strip lashes do).
4.) Soft gel liner that doesn’t scratch to tight line upper lashes for seamless false lashes. My eyes water a lot so I have a vegan, fragrance free, waterproof one.
5.) Liquid black eyeliner. There’s nothing like a little or lot of wing for a glam look. I like @kvdbeauty vegan Dagger liner as the shape makes it easy to draw on the wing.

I’ve finally got my daily hair care essentials down. It only took 40 years! I’ve tried a lot as my hair was really damaged in my 20s-early 30s from years on the beach, bad dye jobs, super tight buns for on stage & cheap products. These are the ones that keep my naturally curly & frizzy hair the most manageable.
• @livingproofinc zero frizz shampoo & conditioner. Worth the splurge, sulphate free, vegan & safe on hair extensions.
• @olaplex I swear by this stuff! I leave in No. 3 for a good hour while I workout in the morning before washing. I don’t use the shampoo but like the conditioner every other wash & no 6 or 7 (you don’t need both) are must haves, make it easier to style & give heat protection up to 450° so you don’t need a heat protection spray & this.
• @unite_hair 7 seconds leave in condition & detangling spray. If I could only use 1 hair product it’d be this! I’ve been using it since 2014 & it goes everywhere with me.
• @tangleteezer total game changer & under $20 it’s the 1 brush that’ll get knots out of wet hair without ripping your hair out.
• @thedrybar shower cap-makes your blow out last longer by protecting your hair in the shower as it has Terry cloth inside to protect your hair from the steam.
• Dry shampoo - I like tinted powders for root touch up between color & to travel with vs an aerosol. I don’t notice a difference between when I’ve splurged vs drugstore brands for this so save on this 1.

Beauty refresh! Any bets how long it stays this tidy for? At the start of every year I clear out my entire bathroom & get rid of expired, unused products to declutter. It feels so good to have a clear out & figure out what I actually need to buy vs things that sounded good but went to waste. Most of the things in my daily routine are brands I’ve collaborated with as I’m really conscientious about who I collab with. Plus now I don’t get attacked by products falling out every time I open the door. I’ve shared all of my beauty essentials & the ones I cut on my YouTube channel but some of my daily beauty essentials are:
• @ediblebeautyau step 1, 3, 4, Gold Rush eye cream & night masks (step 2 I like but can live without).
• @Tan_luxe medium-dark anti aging tanning drops for the face & illuminating for the body ar ent faves from their collection although I haven’t tried the Super Gloss yet (if you’re going to do it just for go for it).
• @grandecosmetics lash serum as I have super fine fair lashes (the brow serum I like but it’s not an essential).
• Some kind of face oil, I like @austinusbader splurge but oh so good @maeloveskincare save $
• @supergoop Glow Screen SPF 40 brilliant primer & SPF in 1 that gives a gorgeous golden glow.
• @Foreo UFO (Make My Day & Call it a Night are my go-tos) is my must have VS Foreo Luna love it but could live without.

Bathroom clear out complete! Anyone else start their new year by clearing out their bathroom cabinets? I can’t promise it’ll last long but it feels so good so throw out the old stuff & not have clutter everywhere. It made me realize how much I don’t use & get it down to the essentials when it comes to my makeup & skincare.

It’s not just us that appreciates the new bathtub caddy. Does anyone else’s cats love the bath? He loves running water. This bamboo bath caddy is expandable so it fits most tubs, has a wine holder (very important) & iPad or book holder. I’m trying to do more epsom bath salts this year for my recovery so having a good book makes me stay & soak longer.
