March’s budget is DONE. 🙌 Seeing so many bills line up can be super overwhelming, so here are some tips on how to balance your dolla dollas throughout the month.⠀
▪️Calculate your bills and their due dates. Save that money throughout the month or pay some bills early. For us, all of our bills are due 9 days of each other, so we try to pay a couple 2 weeks early! It helps to not seem so broke at one time.⠀
▫️Look at your usage each month! I used to get so many subscription boxes for beauty products and realized I really wasn’t using them. I cancelled those babies a few months ago and it saved almost $100 a month 🙌⠀
▪️Plan out your budget each month and do check ins! This is especially important for us when it comes to groceries. Your girl is super pregnant and loves to eat, but I HATE that checkout line total. Checking in throughout the month helps save money if I overspent the week before. ⠀
▫️Budget for UNDER what you make. Since I freelance, I estimate my income for the lowest I could make that month. For Jake, I budget off of 25-30 hour week in case something crazy happens with the weather. This really helps to know we have room to pay everything is the worst happens. ⠀

My sunless tanning routine! In just 2 hours, I developed this bronzey look. I have tried SO many self tanners, and this one is by far my favorite. It is only $13 and lasts me about 4 months when I self tan every 2 weeks. Here’s what I do:

- Moisturize my whole body and let the lotion dry into my skin.
- Take my mitt and do 2 pumps of the mouse for each leg. The mouse has a green tint when you apply it, so it’s super easy to tell where you already put it. Helps to prevent streaks too ;)
- I then work my way up with two pumps for my tummy (usually less when I’m not pregnant!).
- Arms next! One pump each for me.
- I then do my face using whatever is left on the mitt. I don’t want my face to be super tan and I feel like this method gives me the best glow ☀️
- Jake does my back for me which usually takes 2 pumps! When I was a single gal and did it myself, I found using a mitt helped to get the best coverage on my own!
- USUALLY, I will sleep in the self tan, but while pregnant I have been washing it off after 1-2 hours. ❤️

Tan lasts about a week and a half!!!
