✨ Eyebrows: powder is from a MUA palette, Carly recommends Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Powder

✨ Blush: Rare Beauty blush in shade Happy, applied with Sephora Collection Pro Foundation Brush #99

✨ Powder: Laura Mercier powder applied with a powder puff

✨ Eye Shadow: Makeup by Mario palette is a limited edition, the Ethereal Eyes one in Moonlight is similar. Carly likes Sigma’s Perfect Blend Eyeshadow Brush set.

✨ Eyeliner: Makeup by Mario Pigment Pro Eyeliner Pencil in Super Black. Topped with a dark brown shadow from the palette, applied with any thin flat brush.
