We never know when disaster might strike. We could experience a natural disaster, health crisis, global pandemic, or job loss.

Do you have emergency water at your house? What about water filters? I'm not talking your basic water filter, I’m talking about the kind of filter that you can use in an emergency!

This might seem unconventional BUT what if you put some of these items in your loved ones stockings this year instead of junk that gets thrown away?

I highly recommend you have a bare minimum of 3 days worth of emergency water, preferably 2 weeks!

You need one gallon of water per person per day!

Freeze-dried strawberries are a MUST in my food storage supply. You can eat them on their own for a krispy nutritious sweet snack or you can add them to smoothies.

These are also a great snack to have on hand for kids! In an emergency you could add water to these and smash them up into baby food 🙌🏼.
