So we have another installment to the Fat + Skinny series with the jeans review.

First up: Good American in the good waist
Pros - great fit, nice stretch, extensive sizing from straight to plus size, good pocket placement
Cons - I found myself pulling them up a lot & waist can be higher, higher price point

2nd Up @ShopGarnerstyle
Pros - Best stretch out of all of these & best room for thighs, waist is super high, great pocket placement
Cons - only come in 1 length

3rd Up - Fashiontofigure
Pros - Probably has the best fitting waist, these jeans don’t move,
Cons - I don’t love the pocket placement and they could have a little more thigh room.

Finally Eloquii Viola fit
Pro’s - Comfortable denim. Different cuts and fabrics in this style, always a coupon
Cons - Made for someone with a 15 inch difference between hip/waist not 20 inch. The size chart says that but I still wanted to try.

Looked for shapewear that I loved for years. I’ve tried all sorts and the @skims is my fav. I give my pros and cons. Even with the cons it’s still by far the best I’ve worn thus far.

Here’s a quick no sew solution to hemming a garment especially for my short girls. It may take some time to perfect but it will save you a lot in tailoring fees. Being well dressed for me means having my garments hemmed so they don’t drag the floor. No worries if you don’t believe that.

To get away from it all I had a promtu staycation here in Atlanta, Through quick shipping I was
able to snag a swimsuit and coverup for my poolside
staycation. I wanted to sing the praises of this suit from
the Time and Tru line at @WalmartFashion. This molded

I always get asked about larger size shoes or shoes in size 12. I wear an 11 and sometimes 12 so searching for shoes in that size can a daunting task because of such limited options. @Ninewest has always been a go-to for to find those sizes. I’m literally walking into Fall Fashion with @walmart. Contrary to what some believe, I did not grow up with a lot of money. I came from a working-class family, and school clothes shopping budgets were always very tight. On top of that, I was a plus-size adolescent and teen, and I came from a small town where shopping choices were even more limited. @Walmart was one of the few places where I could find clothing that was both stylish and budget-friendly that actually FIT me. As a teen, I wore between a 14 -18, which is pretty much the size I am now. Walmart was carrying XXXL (even back then), which was impossible to find anywhere. Finding all these great looks from Walmart brings back fun memories of me shopping for fall fashion that I felt good in and that I prepared for the upcoming school year.
