With Back to School, I was brainstorming ways to make practicing spelling and sight words more fun and these are our family’s two favorite options. 1. BananaGrams which are basically like scrabble tiles your child can use as a fun way to spell out their vocabulary words. Plus, there’s also a game you can play with them which is really fun as well. 2. Using the dry erase words to practice spelling. If your child makes a mistake it’s easy to correct and it’s a lot more fun than writing words on paper. My 1st and 3rd graders have loved using these two tools to practice spelling, vocabulary and sight words. #LTKBacktoSchool
