My Vitamix broke after I accidentally tried to blend a spoon. I use it almost everyday so when it, I was so disappointed broke since they are expensive. I posted on Instagram about my spoon mishap, which was clearly my fault. Their customer service team proactively reached out to me within minutes, had it fixed and sent back to me in no time. I was a Vitamix lover and now I am a fan for life. Best customer service! Best product.
