Everything that helped me survive the first trimester!
-Sweet Mint gum to help ease nausea.
-Wintergreen mints also helped with nausea and headaches.
-Prenatal gummy vitamins because I couldn’t swallow regular vitamins. 🤢
-Frida Mom anti nausea bands. I SWEAR BY THESE. It maybe be in my head but I could definitely tell a difference when I wasn’t wearing them.
-Pink Stork Morning Sickness Sweets
-Liquid IV to help stay hydrated.
-Tums Chews because heartburn this time is no joke.
-Gel eye mask for debilitating headaches.
-Jolly Ranchers because at this point I was trying anything to help ease nausea and these actually helped so much.
