Nature’s Homemade Lemon Lime Gatorade 
Serves 2

Ingredients
• 1½ cups coconut water (or sub filtered water or decaf green tea)
• 1 cup aloe vera juice (or sub with green tea, coconut water, or filtered water)
• 1 lemon, peeled
• 1 lime, peeled
• ¼–½ tsp salt
• 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Instructions
1.Add everything to a blender: coconut water, aloe juice, lemon, lime, salt, and sweetener.
2.Blend until smooth.
3.Pour over ice through a fine mesh strainer to remove pulp.
4.Garnish with lemon and lime slices. Sip and enjoy!

Y’all have been loving the homemade strawberry, kiwi, orange, pineapple/pomegranate, and blueberry versions, so I’m back with my weekly flavor drop! Eleanor, my 7 year old has been helping with the flavor combos and this week’s flavor was all her idea!

➡️ You only need seven simple ingredients: coconut water, aloe vera juice, peach, blackberries, lime juice, salt, a touch of honey or maple syrup, and pomegranate juice.

✨ Nature’s Homemade Blackberry Peach Gatorade ✨
(Serves 2)
Ingredients
• 1½ cups coconut water – natural electrolytes + potassium
• 1 cup aloe vera juice – antioxidants + digestive support ✨Sub with decaf green tea or extra coconut water if preferred. If you’re not a fan of either, filtered water will work)!
• 1 peach, pit removed 
• 1 tbsp lime juice – electrolytes + refreshing citrus flavor
• ¼–½ tsp salt – replenishes sodium lost through sweat
• 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup – natural sweetener

Blackberry Puree
•1 1/4 cup blackberries 
•1 tbsp lime juice  
Add to a wide mouth jar and blend with an immersion blender. Strain out seeds. 

Instructions
1. In a blender, combine coconut water, aloe vera juice, peach, lime juice, salt, and honey or maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
2. Add a 2-3 tablespoons of the blackberry puree to the bottom of 2 glasses and fill with ice. Slowly strain the blended peach Gatorade over the top for a beautiful layered effect. 
3. Give it a gentle stir before sipping, or leave it layered for that wow factor. Garnish and enjoy!

Ingredients: serves 2
✨1 ½ cups coconut water (natural electrolytes + potassium)
✨1 cup aloe vera juice (vitamin C + natural sweetness + fiber + antioxidants) can sub regular or decaf green tea here or double the coconut water 
✨2 kiwis, with skin on (antioxidants + supports digestion)
✨1 tbsp lime juice (electrolytes + refreshing citrus flavor)
✨¼ tsp salt (helps replenish sodium lost through sweat)
✨1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (natural sweetener) 
✨Ice 
✨Lime or kiwi wedge (for garnish)

Instructions:
1.Add the coconut water, aloe vera juice, kiwis (skin on), lime juice, salt, and honey or maple syrup to a blender.
2.Blend until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp.

(Substitute with regular or decaf green tea, or use additional coconut water)
	•1⅓ cups blueberries – vitamins + antioxidants
	•1 tbsp lime juice – electrolytes + refreshing citrus flavor 
	•¼–½ tsp salt – replenishes sodium lost through sweat
	•1 tbsp honey or maple syrup – natural sweetener
	•1–2 cups ice – for slushy version
	•Lime slices and blueberries – for garnish

Instructions:
1.In a blender, combine coconut water, aloe vera juice, blueberries, lime juice, salt, and honey or maple syrup.
2.Blend until smooth.
3.For a regular drink, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp.
4.Pour over a glass of ice and garnish with lime slices and blueberries. 
5.For a slushy version: Add 1–2 cups of ice to the blender with the other ingredients. Blend until smooth. No need to strain, pour directly into a glass and garnish as desired.
