At the moment I currently take Magnesium & Zinc, Omega 3-6-9, Vitamin B Complex, Vitamin C, a probiotic (look for ones that contain multiple live strains - specifically one that contains Lactobacillus acidophilus & Bifidobacterium) and a relaxation / sleep gummy (look for ones that contain L-Theanine & Vitamin B6)
