Outfits I’ve worn this week | I was running my some errands and needed to be warm as it’s still quite cold!

You can’t see underneath my jacket but I’ve been religiously wearing my Holland Cooper Mohair-blend jumpers I bought just before Christmas. They have gorgeous shoulder pads too.

My jeans are in my favourite style from Abercrombie, I have them in black too. They’re so flattering on the leg and the perfect shade of blue to go with everything I throw on.

Jacket is last year Topshop via asos, I’ve linked a few similar ones but I’ve been wearing it constantly. It looks so elevated and much more expensive than it actually was!

I had the loveliest day with one of my closest friends strolling around Harrods, Fortnum & Mason and Ralph Lauren, New Bond Street. The Christmas displays were absolutely stunning!! 🎄💫

Wool coats that will last years! These are my most worn wool coats and I still love them just as much as the day I bought them!! (all of them are at least 2 years old)
I do own more colours but I recommend these 3 (Black, Tan / Camel & Grey) if you’re starting your Capsule Wardrobe from scratch! They’ll go with everything and can easily style from day to night — think workwear to a Christmas party over a dress ✨

Top 5 Autumn / Winter coats ❄️

A mix of wool coats and faux fur coats that look stylish, effortless & chic while also keeping you cosy and warm!

I genuinely recommend Karen Millen, Mango & H&M for more affordable high-street outerwear options while also still retaining quality to actually keep you warm.

A few tips I recommend to look for are:

• Check the wool count composition — you want at least a 50% wool blend to keep you warm, no less!

• Make sure the coat is lined inside — it really helps insulate your body heat, keeping it close to your body to keep you warm.

• Structure & Tailoring — double breasted coats look more structured and formal, I love this style for making a basic outfit look more expensive & throw over your shoulders for an evening look.
Single breasted coats are more minimal, typically lighter in weight and less bulky.
Both are fab options, personally I love shoulder pads, structure so I typically opt for double breasted 🫶🏼
