This is the most controversial room in my house… and also one of my personal favorites 💁🏻‍♀️

When I picked this color I knew it would be polarizing, but I wasn’t expecting it to go that viral. From the ceiling to the trim to the closet doors, yes, it’s all the same shade — and I still love it just as much today.

The internet had a lot to say — some called it moody and elegant, others said it felt like a haunted hospital 🫣
But to me? This room feels cozy, rich, lived-in, and unexpected — and that’s exactly what I was going for.

I always want my spaces to feel both bold and rooted in history — like a story unfolding over time. And for me, this room nails that.
