RECIPE⬇️ Gluten Free Girlie ep. 3!

Preheat oven to 450°
Marinate chicken in garlic, herb, salt, and pepper
Sear chicken on each side for 4 minutes
Bake chicken for 45-60 minutes (depending on size, legs or breast)
Roast chopped sweet potatoes in butter, salt pepper garlic and herb for 10 minutes
Boil roasted sweet potatoes until able to mash
Strain and place back in pot
Add butter and mash until soft
Add 1/2 chopped brussel sprouts to warm oiled pan
Add salt and pepper, cook until soft
