My toddler doesn’t get sick often and for the most part she eats and drinks almost everything. But of course, when she’s not feeling well, she won’t always drink or eat enough of what she actually needs. 

She loves ginger tea… but not enough to drink a full cup because she says it’s “yaky” 😂
However, she LOVES fresh juices and lemonade.

So I made her a ginger lemonade and baby… she drank it like it was the best thing ever. Problem solved lol.

I packed it with:
ginger
lemons
water
honey

Sometimes it’s not about forcing it 
it’s about finding a way that works for them.

One thing I am absolutely taking into 2026 with me is GINGER in everything. Tea, juices, shots, warm mugs at night, it’s non-negotiable for me now.

This time of year I drink ginger tea twice a day, especially during the holidays when the sweets, rich foods, late nights, and celebrations are nonstop. Ginger helps calm my stomach, reduce bloating, support digestion, and keep everything moving the way it should. It’s also one of my favorite natural ways to boost my immune system, especially during flu season when everybody around you is coughing and sneezing.

As much as I LOVE hot cocoa, my stomach says absolutely NOT. I cannot drink hot cocoa every night, no matter how good it is.

We are officially in the THICK of the holiday season!
Thanksgiving is this week, Christmas is right behind it, then New Year’s… and baby, this is the time when you need EASY drinks that look cute, taste amazing, and make your whole family go crazy over!!

My family went CRAZY over this Holiday Spritz, 
so let’s make it for yours too!

You need:
• 8 apples
• 2 lemons
• 3 grapefruits
• Sparkling water
• Maple syrup (or your preferred sweetener)

Prep:
Wash the apples 
Peel your lemons and grapefruits and
please peel the grapefruits REALLY well.
Make sure you remove all that white skin 
so you can reduce the bitterness.
Your spritz will taste way better!

Juice everything using a cold pressed juicer.
I added organic maple syrup, but you can use whatever sweetener you link. You can add fine sweetener to the big batch or when serving. 

Store the big batch, put it in the fridge, and add the sparkling water right before serving so it stays bubbly and fresh.

I made 2 gallons of this Thanksgiving Fall Lemonade for my house of 8… and it was GONE in less than 24 hours, lol!! So let’s go ahead and make it for YOUR family & friends because it was a HIT in my house! 

Here’s what you need:
• 10–16 lemons
• 8 limes
• 6 oranges
• 1 pineapple
• Maple syrup
• Brown sugar
• Dashes of cinnamon

I used my Nama Citrus Attachment for the lemons, limes, and oranges super fast and so easy.
Then I used the Nama J2 Cold Pressed Juicer to juice the pineapple. And yes, if you want to keep it simple, you can juice everything together right in the juicer.

I personally like to juice everything separately and then mix it all together but that’s most for aesthetic.

For sweeteners, I used organic maple syrup and light brown sugar, but feel free to use whatever sweetener you prefer. And use as much or as little based on your taste, it’s YOUR lemonade!

Let’s make ORANGE GRAPEFRUIT LEMONADE for the whole family!!! 

Baby, this one is FRESH, BRIGHT,
and full of that citrusy goodness we love!!
If you’ve been wanting a big batch lemonade to keep in the fridge all week… THIS is the one.

Here’s what you need:
14 lemons
8 oranges
5 grapefruits

Peel everything and be sure to remove ALL the white skin from the grapefruits that’s the trick to keeping the lemonade from being too sour or too bitter!

Then juice everything using a cold-pressed juicer or your Nama Citrus Attachment.

After juicing:
Mix the juice with about 64 oz of water
Add more if it’s too sour or too strong
Sweeten to YOUR liking

For sweeteners
I added:
Raw Honey
Organic Maple Syrup

But use whatever you love:
— Honey
— Cane Sugar
— Simple Syrup
— Agave
— Stevia

This batch came out soooo refreshing and perfect for the whole family. I love making fresh lemonades every week, it keeps us hydrated, energized, and it just tastes BETTER than anything from the store.
