Non Scale Victory 🎉: I can definitely see a change in my face! I started my fasting journey in Jan. Doing mostly 20 hours or so but I switched to ADF (Alternate Day Fasting; 36 hour fasts every other day) in April. That was the game changer for me. Shout out to Colleen Marie Cares on YouTube. Her content inspired me to make the switch.

Exercise:
Pilates 2x a wk
Strength training 2x a week
30 min of daily walking

I’ll link some of the books I read to learn about the benefits of fasting and some of my gym clothes etc.

In June I decided to sync my Alternate Day Fasting schedule with my fitness activities. On fasting days I do one activity (strength training, pilates, or a walk) on feasting days I do a combination of 2 activities or one longer walk. Today is feasting day so I did a strength training session with my trainer and a 30 min treadmill walk afterwards.

Alternate Day Fasting has really been a game changer for me, but pairing it with moving more has made things even better.

Synthetic Wig Transformation on Short Type 4 Hair!

I’ve reviewed both the lace wig and half wig version of Sensationnel Money Maker. I wore the half wig version so much last summer. I decided to repurchase the lace wig version and wear it behind my hairline. I’ve noticed that when wearing lace wigs as half wigs/behind the hairline, they tend to lay more flat than traditional half wigs and they don’t have that bulky part at the front.

This turned out so cute and I have a feeling I’ll be wearing it to death this summer too!

7. Finished another longer fast. I have been on my fasting journey since early January but in mid April I switch over doing ADF or Alternate Day Fasting. I have seen better results since doing so. I’m currently challenging myself to do 13-15 36 hour fasts from May 20-June 20 I’m currently in the middle of my 4th one so far 🙌🏾

Birthday GRWM ♉️❤️🎂🎉

Even though my natural hair is shorter it was still easy to blend with the Outre Penny 26 half wig. I cut mine so it’s about the length of the OG Penny.

This Amazon Jumpsuit is so fire. I showed y’all the black one last summer and I had to go back and get it in red. I’m wearing an XXL but I could wear an XL. The XXL is more comfortable and I love the length. I gotta wear this with my TWA. I think that would be really chic.
