Tonight I made Gordon Ramsay’s Shrimp Scampi with Angel Hair Pasta recipe and it turned out INCREDIBLE! I used my new Hexclad knives and pans that are endorsed and used by Gordon himself. Non-stick, even heating and easy clean-up are just a few reasons they’ve become my most-used kitchen essentials already!

I’m typically intimidated by light-colored pants, but these are fantastic! But these are a nice surprise from Abercrombie! This trouser comes in lots of colors and petite tall and regular too! An easy way to style them is with other neutral shades. I’m wearing a “short” and they are true to size.

OOTD: dressed up my baggy denim from Target with a bright floral top to combat this overcast chilly day! It was a bit cool for sandals so I added an ankle boot I bought at the Nordstrom Anniversary sale instead.
I cut the hem of these jeans and made a wide cuff, but can also un-roll for the perfect length too. Felt cute :)

When you live in the country, your cowboy boots get a lot of use!

I never knew I liked bluegrass, because I never tried. Go figure! The sun finally came out today but it was a little cool, do the sundress I planned to wear never made its debut. Instead I wore that skirt (again) with an oversized shirt and belted it with a western belt I’ve had for at least 30 years.

I’m not gonna lie, I thought I’d be watching a bunch of 80yr old men plucking banjos but it turns out today’s bluegrass musicians are young & hip and spunky dressers. 🪕

I bought myself flowers. Then I took them out for a photo shoot. This might be just the dress you’re looking for so I had to share!

I stood on the street with my tripod and people gawked and honked their horns. I suppose they liked my dress…?

This one got my 🩷, just so flattering. I sized up to a 6 & then it was perfection. Other reviewers said the same. I think you’ll like the price! If you hurry, you might still get it in time for Mother’s Day and if not, it’s a great dress to have on hand for graduations, weddings, all the things.
