Autumn is upon us, which doesn’t mean mums are your only floral option for patio urns and planters. I have to be honest; I’m not a fan of mums. Sorry, mum lovers. So, what do you do if you do not like fall flowers? Head to your local nursery and buy perennials that you can pot. Everything is on sale, so now's the time to snag some roses, lavender, baby’s breath, and thyme. I got all these florals for my containers this weekend for 50% off!! The best part is I can still enjoy them this year and for the next few years in my urns. The flowers will outgrow my planters and urns in a few years, but at that point, I will transfer them to my garden.
