This is a perfect easy mom look for running errands which is exactly what I’m doing today. I am loving this gorgeous purple top paired with my recently purchased white denim which I had the pockets removed by my seamstress. Notice how they aren’t busy in the front and lay nice and flat? I am wearing a small on the top and a 26 on the bottom.

Megan’s shorts are the star of the show today because they are perfect in every category. They have a really nice length to them so they look aren’t too short on Megan or myself (remember I’m 3” taller than her). They also have cute buttons on the sides which dress it up a bit and you don’t need to add a belt which always seems to be the missing piece for most shorts. Megan’s top is a thin blend that runs large so she is wearing a size 2. You can also order a pair of matching pants to make this an awesome set which I’m planning on doing. Her first pair of white denim has a really nice fit and a unique braid along the entire waistline. She is wearing a 26. Her second pair of white denim is also a 26 and the gold button detail is just the right amount to accent the front.

My sleeeless top is absolutely giving me Veronica Beard vibes. I’m wearing a 4 which is the smallest it comes in. The fit and color of this top is so good and the facts that it’s less than $50 is even better. I paired it with a high rise denim from J. Crew. I’m wearing a size 26.
