If you haven’t tried a cup of golden milk, save this post and try it for yourself.
I start with my @joyjolt double wall coffee cup, which is great for cold or hot drinks, then add 1 cup coconut milk and 1 teaspoon golden milk powder. Top with a dash of cinnamon and honey for sweetness.
Warm this for a cozy drink, sip over ice or blend into smoothies or oatmeal.
You can use your favorite milk or alt milk.
I use a golden milk powder already mixed with turmeric powder, ginger, black pepper, cinnamon and cardamom. (Yes, black pepper! Sounds odd, but its key ingredient makes absorption easier for turmeric, so you reap the max benefit.)
