the scalp journey has been a long one for me but here are some things i learned along the way that helped my hair & scalp:

🧴 i use a hair towel!
🧴 i don’t use hot water to wash my hair 🙅🏻‍♀️
🧴 i use a pre wash treatment/oil on the scalp and ends prior to washing my hair
🧴 i only use conditioner on mid length to the ends
🧴 i rotate shampoos and sometimes double rinse
🧴 i avoid any heat to the scalp or anything that would dry it out
🧴 i use a clarifying shampoo to clean the scalp once a week
🧴 i use a hair oil post hair wash

🚿 i just purchased a filtered shower head so i’m excited to see the benefits of that!

🧴 @skinceuticals CE ferulic — vitamin c is your friend if you’re in your 30s! helps with wrinkles, brightens, and tones the skin 💯 i use 3 drops a day in the AM so this bottle lasts a long time for me!

🧴 @SKII facial treatment essence — i use this twice a day, AM and PM after the facial treatment lotion (toner). i love it and purchased the costco sized version to save $ 🤗
