SKIN: my face routine has certainly evolved from essentially nothing for many years to a simple, hydrating routine that leaves me feeling fresh & clean but also, supplements play a big role. big believer in health from inside to out. also theragun pro is the real deal and easy to travel with for a quick depuff and destress session on the go

HAIR: after a bout of hair loss & changes to the texture of my hair throughout my twenties, I’ve finally nailed down a hair routine that works; curly haired, frizz prone girlys I can’t promise the frizz will be gone forever but these products have helped. also I swear just THINKING good thinks about my hair instead of negative thoughts has helped it grow. it’s like when you say nice things to flowers & they grow tall & strong 🌹
