A little paint is an easy way to transform something and a simple DIY! This wicker planter and pedestal was a little too orange for my liking, I still wanted it to look natural so I did a little chalk paint wash on it (chalk paint I had leftover from another project and some water), it toned down the color but doesn’t have the “painted look.” I have been wanting a new lantern for our kitchen, but opted to paint parts of it a fresh blue to give it new life since there’s nothing wrong with the light itself!
