What I wore for date night featuring the palazzo jeans I couldn’t get out of my brain. I paired these flattering high waist jeans with my favorite spring strapless twist knot top and comfy sandals.

Jeans fit true to size. Wearing 0. They have a good amount of stretch and they’re very comfortable to wear. They do have a longer inseam. I believe they are 33 1/2 inches I am wearing them with a 2 inch sandal and I think it is the perfect length for me. I’m 5’6” for reference.

Welcome to day 3 of my 30 outfits in 30 days spring series!

Day 3 / 78° & cloudy/rain showers, but it’s sunny right now (the weather is drunk)!

I love when trees are freshly bloomed in the spring - the leaves almost look neon! As always, I’m kept it simple with jeans and a tank but now that I’m back home after running around, I may switch to shorts! This weather is all over the place.

I love my Mother denim and these cropped are my go-to pair. Wearing a size 24.

My Lelis bodysuit is a few seasons old, but I love the color!

I live in Tkees during the summer - they’re so easy to wear!

Day 2 / 70° & cloudy
70 is a stretch, it’s more like 60! It’s not the most beautiful day, so the lighting in my room isn’t the best, but hey, a girl’s still got to get dressed!

This outfit screams 1997 to me but I love it! I paired these Levi’s with Nike Court Vision sneakers and a simple white tank. This olive green button down is old, but it’s such a simple outfit that ANY button down would work.

It’s an easy, casual gloomy day outfit that’s perfect for what I need: carpooling / cooking / Mom’ing

Butter yellow is THE color for spring 2025 & that’s a good thing because I happen to love wearing it!

This butter yellow tank is double-layered so it isn’t see through and it’s nice & stretchy. I paired it with Pistola jeans and a pearl studded belt. This strawberry cropped denim jacket was the icing on the cake! And finally, these Dior sandals are several seasons old, and consigned, so I don’t have a link. But definitely check out local luxury consignment shops - I have a favorite here in Charlotte that has a great selection and they’re constantly restocking and everything is in excellent condition.

Wearing vs Styling

It isn’t what you wear, it’s how you style it that makes the difference! Just about everyone has a simple tank & jeans in their closet - try adding a few little pieces help elevate a basic outfit!

I’ve been living in these Target wide leg ankle jeans. I’m wearing a 00 regular.

This knot belt is SO versatile. It cinches in dresses & blazers, but I also like throwing it on with my denim!

I do love the sandals I originally had on, but adding a leopard print kitten heel sandal makes everything feel a little elevated.

I wasn’t quite sure how I felt about this Target top when I first tried it on, but then I tucked it in, and that was a game changer for me! I just picked up these @Target sandals earlier this morning and I don’t want to take them off! In all of my 45 years I have never worn a pair of shoes with a toe loop because they look so uncomfortable to me. I was so wrong!
