Third week of summer and we are getting a hang of this! I imagine we will have to retrain the kids how to get out the door for school come August but it's ok, for now our mornings are a bit more flexible and I like it 😋 If you were wondering, my first week without desserts and added sugar went pretty well! Let's see how long I can keep this up, it's gotten much easier the last few days and I feel great! Speaking of getting fit... @atdavidmurdoch has started creating the app part of my fitness program and it's looking great so far! I'll try to get some screenshots from him to share on instastories soon. I'm still working on a name for it though. I'm still tweaking things here and there and realized I should ask all of you what you'd like to see in fitness program... How long do you want a workout to be? Do you workout at home or a gym? Would you prefer an app loaded in a website (that you can "Add to Homescreen" so it's a tap away) or one that you have to install first? What fitness apps do you use now and what do you love/hate?
