Solid cardigans true to size. Not polyester so will hold up much better. True to size. If you want it more bulky size one size up

These are SOOO comfortable! I’ve never found a shoe like this so comfortable! I’ve been wearing them like crazy and the New Balance and Brooks hands down CRUSHED hoka and oncloud - the only reason I didn’t get the Brooks is I loved the red option and neutral but Brooks toe is more rounded so that’s person preference.
I always size running shoes 1/2 size up.
