Home doesn’t happen overnight 🫶 When we first finished our kitchen at the end of 2021 (swipe to see!) I knew I wanted to add more color and pattern, but I decided not to rush the process. I’ve come to learn that I benefit a lot from letting a space breathe - taking my time with it and not rushing to design it all at once. The last few years I’ve tried out a few things in this space. Some have worked, and others haven’t. But lately it’s felt so much more like *me* and I don’t think I’d be feeling that way if I tried to force it. Maybe some people will call you boring (or “sad beige”🫠) but don’t let them rush you into anything. Save to make later ❄️⛄️ Lace Doily Snowflakes • fold in half to crease, then unfold • fold sides towards the middle • fold up bottom to crease, then unfold • glue up the edges of the folded in sides and fold up the bottom, let dry • repeat x7 • glue down center and along bottom then lay another piece on top. Repeat until all 7 are attached. Tips • make sure you use all paper doilies! Some have plastic edges which won’t work. • sometimes the glue may soak throw a tiny bit, you can just gently pry apart.
