This little step made such a difference 👀 I’ve been trying to make the most of my natural lashes, and the Tarte Tartelette Tubing Mascara Primer has been such a good addition underneath tubing mascara. I apply a thin coat first, then go in with my CHANEL mascara to really emphasize the length without making my lashes feel heavy.
