I’ve been loosing weight so none of my clothes fit and I’m trying to restore my skin from a bad makeup reaction (so makeup is bare minimal today), but duty calls so let’s get ready to go outside.

And yep I got 900 steps in my routine, it’s been working and it makes me feel good.

I’m a 40 plus year old, peri-menopausal woman and even they don’t all work it sure does feel good to pamper myself.
