I knew I had an amazing plan….So After 1 marriage,2 boys,1 Divorce, & 1 year of Reconciliation…. 18 years of our ups & downs, and 9 months of my Insane Ideas..We were there. I’d pretty much gone MIA on Social ….To study lots of self taught real estate research & Education ….and 3 deals on houses falling through later- We did it. Talmadge Dial & I CLOSED Friday, on our new Flip Home!! 🙌🎉🥂🏡 This was my 2nd real estate closing / 1st off mls FSBO wholesale purchase, representing both of us. I’ve only dreamed about doing a complete Flip Home, with a professional rehab crew, ummm since Pinterest & Chip and Joanna made it cool! 🫶🤩🏡 And in maybe, the Most Unexpected plot twist yet- I’m so excited to be partnering this project w/ T.Dial. My “boys dad” …..My Person -who has loved me unconditionally, even when we didn’t even Like each other….I wanted to do this and T said, “Hey I want to invest in this with you!” T’s been there, through so many chapters of my Life. I realize more and more how rare that is. We are Family.
