3 things that have helped me start my day on a better note…
1. hydration: I love drinking lots of water & starting my day with at least a glass of water (usually 2/3) helps me feel more awake & energized. When I don’t feel like drinking plain water - I have @liquidiv or @goultima flavored water. 🍋💧
2. skincare: i like starting out my day feeling like I’m caring for myself. I used to prioritize wearing really good makeup but now, skincare is a strong priority. I like feeling moisturized & protected from pollution and excessive sun.

3. writing things down: I like write to do lists, my morning thoughts & things I’m grateful for etc. Pen and paper makes me think things through better and have a clearer mind to start the day- which makes me feel happier ☀️
