I am in the 28, my Madewell size, but they do stretch throughout the day, so if you want an even closer fit size down one or if you’re in between sizes, go ahead and size down bc they stretch. I am in the medium and it’s an oversized fit. I will say TTS but if you are petite or smaller on top, you could get away with a size down for sure. For me, I like the length and fit of the medium.
