it's too easy to not get enough minerals in our modern diet today because of what we eat and how our food is grown and processed.

my favorite way to help ensure i'm getting enough minerals in and to make sure my adrenals are being supported is with adrenal cocktails!

they're a good balance of minerals- sodium, potassium & vitamin C and then i like to adding trace minerals!

- 1/2 cup organic orange juice
