She’s flying 🧚 I love aerial bc I don’t have to be amazing I can just keep showing up and trying 🩷 being active and doing dynamic moves and spinning and hanging upside down has helped a lot with my vestibular issues. I found aerial in the deepest hardest part of my vestibular onset when I was basically dizzy 24/7 and had no idea what was going on. I figured I might as well spin if I’m already dizzy. Building tolerance has been key to helping me feel better overall along with time. I love playing around in open gym 🩷
