These are the best pants after hysterectomy transitioning from pajamas to regular clothes. They are boot cut with a v high waist. I am wearing the tall version. There is also a regular length choice. Go up one size while recovering.

I ordered this in a size up (L). I immediately wore it after surgery having a distended stomach with no issues. As 4 months has passed these pajamas have shrunk some. So it feels like medium now and my stomach is closer to normal. If you are taller than 5’9” it’s going to shrink on you.
After trying many sets this is my favorite set because of the fabric mostly.
